Meirna co-founded MGDverse — formerly known as MG Digital Consultant — with Fikri Gustin in 2017. She currently leads the company as Chief Executive Officer (2025–present). With over a decade of experience in digital marketing, her career began as a Marketing Planner at Digital Marketing Agency (2013) before advancing to Digital Marketing Manager at a local shoe brand (2013–2017).
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universitas Indonesia (2012) and Master of Business Administration from Institut Teknologi Bandung (2016).
Okta serves as the VP of Growth and Strategy at MGDverse (2025–present). He has been with the company since 2019, starting his journey as a Campaign Optimizer, then advancing to Growth Strategist (2019–2021), Senior Business Manager (2021–2023), and Principal Consultant (2024–2025).
With expertise in market research, business growth strategy, management consulting, and risk management, Okta plays a key role in shaping and driving MGDverse’s growth direction. Before joining MGDverse, he worked as a Researcher at the Center for Risk Management Studies (CRMS) from 2017 to 2018.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (2017) and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Institut Teknologi Bandung.
Fadhi Rahman Suhendar is the VP of Client Growth and Strategy at MGDverse, with a strong focus on operations and client success. Since joining the company in 2019, he has advanced through several key roles — starting as a Campaign Optimizer (2019–2020), Growth Consultant (2020–2021), Growth Consultant Lead (2021), Business Manager (2021–2023), and most recently, Product Excellence Manager (2024).
With expertise in cost control, quality assurance, CRM, leadership, business management, and SME development, Fadhi ensures operational efficiency and client growth strategies align seamlessly with MGDverse’s performance-driven approach.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (2018).
